Bawais Vietnamese Kitchen

So, the North Towers are finally open, and being the North girl that I am – and SM North being the only mall in Metro Manila I ever willingly go to – I went there to check out what’s new. My feet took me to Bawai’s Vietnamese Kitchen.

Just kidding. I really walked from end to end looking for a place to eat. There were a few places serving steak, chicken, but since it was 9pm and too late for a heavy dinner, I opted for the Vietnamese restaurant.

What I ordered

I know I said I didn’t want something heavy, but my eyes immediately went for the beef dishes that sounded yummy.

The food looked appetizing, except that the lettuce leaves have seen better days. Also, the Bahn Mi, although delicious, was a bit too sweet. It kind of reminded me of Korean bulgogi somehow.

Budget for two people is P700-P1000.

The place looks nice

Because it was pretty late when we got there, there were very few people in the restaurant. It was great though because I got to appreciate the interior better. It was new, well-lit, and clean.
